In Bolton Group Marianna has covered different roles within the Marketing department of the Food Business Unit. Since 2013 she has embraced the sustainability challenge and played a crucial role in the sustainable development of the Business Unit. In this position she has contributed to set a long-term sustainability strategy aimed at balancing economic growth with the respect for the environment and the workers conditions across the supply chain and to communicate the results to all its stakeholders
