As Pfizer’s DE&I European Lead, Antonio supports the delivery of global strategy to more than 20,000 colleagues, ensuring all share in the same cultural experience, whole taking into account countries’ different levels of DE&I maturity.
Antonio is a firm believer in inclusive environments and the principle that diversity is a strength. He takes this message to external DE&I / HR conferences and academic institutions, appearing as a speaker and coaching others to do the same – both to learn from best practice and to spread the impact of Pfizer’s DE&I commitment in the external world.”
