I graduated from ESSEC Business School (Paris) and started my career as an internal Auditor at Rhone-Poulenc chemical conglomerate then served the Agricultural HQ Controlling (Lyon) where I contributed to the creation of Aventis through a major M&A operation. I relocated to Milan and joined Bayer Italy in 2002 as Finance Business Partner for the CropScience Division (Milan). I gained experience by leading and transforming many different areas beyond Finance like IT, Procurement, Customer Service and Credit Management. I had the opportunity to take part to global projects and to lead international teams in the MED region. From 2008 to 2021 I was also nominated as internal Supervisory Board member for Bayer CropScience Italy (“organismo di Vigilanza” ex D.L. 231). Since 2021 I am CFO and Board Member of Bayer Italy.
I am passionate about organizational transformation and I strive to grow people’s digital mindset as well as to adopt new way of working. I enjoy connecting many stakeholders in a global environment and developing smart solutions in team.
I embrace Bayer’s ambitious sustainability agenda based on our vision “Health for all, Hunger for none” and I contribute to the development of our group social and environmental impact reporting which I consider as important as our financial reporting. As a citizen and as a mother I feel a deep sense of responsibility toward creating a more equitable and habitable planet for current and next generations. I take an active role in the “RUN BLUE” campaign to raise awareness on water crisis and I am part of educational initiatives in my local community.
