The event, promoted by Università Bocconi, CSR Manager Network, Fondazione Global Compact Network Italia, ASviS, Fondazione Sodalitas, Unioncamere, Koinètica, it is an awaited appointment for the sustainability sector and it is considered the most important venture dedicated to Corporate Social Responsibility and social innovation. Thanks to an articulated cultural program, characterized by an interdisciplinary approach, the event offers businesses and other organizations moments of analysis and updating about strategies and tools for sustainability.
The title of the 2024 edition is “Sfidare le contraddizioni – Challenging contradictions”:
Sustainability is complexity: in a context such as the one we are currently experiencing, it is necessary not only to learn to inhabit change but also to read problems in a new way.
Every vision, every affirmation, every choice has within it the seed of contradiction: thanks to the co-presence of opposites, however, there are interesting opportunities to initiate a reflection that stimulates organisations and people to see reality in a different perspective.
The path to sustainable development is still uphill: but it is important to remember that innovative solutions arise at the most critical moments. But everyone’s commitment, plural action, and continuous stakeholder dialogue are needed.
The national edition of Il Salone is a cultural event scheduled for 9th, 10th and 11th of October 2024 at Università Bocconi in Milan, but it is also a whole year long appointment from January to December 2024. Il Giro d’Italia della CSR is a six months long journey: 10 meetings in 10 cities all around Italy. Il Salone Extra is a serie of online events: book presentations, roundtables, seminars to keep up to date and learn.
All the events will be in Italian.
how to participate
Since 2013, more than 500 organizations have been protagonists of the event: big and small companies, start up, NGO, local institutions, cultural associations, networks: a various and big community of believers in CSR and sustainability.
